I solve the problem of activate rslogix 5000 V20 （now，I‘m trying to activate rslogix 500.I've add the following Code to this path“C: Users Public Documents Rockwell Automation Activations”，just as you said each time i run rs500.exe， a 7 day notice 'This product has not been successfully activated' coming. I then Hexedit the file and changed FC3 to 3090 Saved and restarted RSLOGIX 500 V9 in Windows 7.0 and it works.

Here is what I did: Use the Serial above, then edit the Activation file and added the same Serial number in there, then I tried running the software and I got the 7 day notice.
